We are delighted to announce that Krieger + Associates Architects is a winner in the 47th Annual Qualified Remodeler Master Design Awards contest. Sponsored by Qualified Remodeler Magazine, the Master Design Awards is the premier national contest recognizing outstanding achievement in residential remodeling projects in 22 categories. Krieger + Associates won the top award in the Old-House Renovation | Historic Restoration category for the project we call Stylish Center City Remodel.
Our winning project was truly exceptional and rare property. A distinctive gem that sets itself apart from any we have encountered before. Originally built in the 1860s as a carriage house near Rittenhouse Square, this residence saw a significant expansion in the early 20th century. Later added was a spacious brick carriage barn to the rear of the home. Later undergoing a transformation into two single-story condominiums, which we seamlessly combined into an extraordinary home.

Judges have Stylish Center City Remodel high remarks, particularly on the attention to detail and overall success.
This is our third award for the Stylish Center City Remodel – previously winning the National 2025 Chrysalis Award for Historical Renovation and the SARA 2025 Design Awards. We are more than pleased that this special project is earning such recognition.
