The Cape Cod Cottage was a complete interior demolition project. In the original layout, both the primary bedroom and kitchen overlooked the water, while the main living spaces faced the rear yard and neighbors. The homeowners wanted to create a more inviting retreat that maximized waterfront views for them and their guests. By reworking the floor plan, we shifted the sitting and dining areas to face the water and relocated the bedrooms and kitchen to the opposite side of the home—transforming the space into a true coastal haven.
