Design Awards Winner
Krieger + Associates is a 2022 Master Design Awards winner for the project we call The Dad Pad, which won the top award in its category. It’s the second design win for this special project, and we’re delighted.
Aging in Place Addition Wins Award
The aging-in-place addition we designed for a suburban Philadelphia home has won a national award from the 2022 Chrysalis Awards for Remodeling Excellence.
Preservation Recognition Award
One of our recent residential projects has received a 2020 Preservation Recognition Award from the Chestnut Hill Conservancy. These annual awards honor outstanding preservation, restoration, and stewardship of historic buildings within Philadelphia’s Chestnut Hill neighborhood and surrounding areas.
Award-winning renovation featured in Qualified Remodeler
After Qualified Remodeler Magazine’s Master Design Awards granted our project a Gold Award, the magazine interviewed architect Adam Jacob and Orion Builder’s Pete Maruca. The resulting feature article appeared in the December 2018 issue of the magazine.
Chestnut Hill Renovation Wins Award
We turned a dreary basement into a large family-friendly entertainment and play space. Areas for games, movie-watching, wine-tasting, and just lounging are all connected, but remain distinct via thoughtful use of lighting, ceiling heights, and a two-sided fireplace. The project earned a 2018 Chrysalis Award for basement remodeling.
Addition Wins Chrysalis Award
Part of a whole house renovation, our sunroom addition for a Ft. Washington family earned a 2017 Chrysalis Award for best addition under $250,000 in the northeast region.
