This project involved renovating and repairing a variety of former staff cottages, apartments, a farmhouse, and other outbuildings on a private estate to create nine rental units in a unique farmland setting. The early 20th century buildings received upgraded mechanical systems and finishes, as well as new kitchens and baths. The renovations provided modern amenities while retaining the charm and complementing the vintage style of the original buildings.
