This modest-sized stone and brick twin house had good bones but a dated interior and had suffered serious neglect. A new owner hired us to restore it top to bottom, with all new finishes and systems. A second-floor window bay had to be completely rebuilt due to damage discovered when replacing the roof. We took out walls on the first floor for a bright and modern open plan, so the living room now flows into the dining and kitchen area.
