Townhouse Remodel

This Philadelphia townhouse received a remodel to improve the flow and circulation of spaces in primary living areas. These improvements enhanced the physical and visual connection to the rear yard and provide a more functional layout – specifically with a new kitchen and dining room addition. A mudroom and laundry room were inserted into space previously occupied by the kitchen and part of the garage. The first-floor powered room and second floor primary bathroom were also renovated.
